A great find!
We visited Art at 88 on the high street as its newly opened and what a great little shop it is! Full of original prints, photos and artwork along with handmade gifts. We bought a lovely framed print which looks great and didn't cost the earth!
The staff are really friendly without being pushy and all in all a lovely place to browse or shop... Highly recommeded! -
Affordable art, lovely gifts and a great addition to Berkhamsted
I checked out Art At 88 for the first time today and was really impressed. It claims to make art affordable and actually delivers on this promise with a brilliant variety of works priced from £10 to £500, some by local artists. It's also excellent for good-quality gifts, including lovely handmade cushions, embroidery, jewellery, ceramics and knitted knick-knacks. About as far from a stuffy art gallery as you can get, and well worth visiting.
