We have been going into this cafe for over 12 months now and what a place. Not only do they serve great coffee but the food is wonderful, always a great selection and all freshly prepared .My mouths watering just writing this :-) The kids love it and can occupy themselves with books to read and toys to play with while you can even enjoy a glass of wine while catching up with friends. Some days there are activities for the kids like baking or craft and they organise it all, you can just enjoy a tea or coffee and some me time. A friend recently had a party there for her 5 year old and they decorated and baked cookies (all the fun, none of the clearing up !! excellent) and to top it off they created an amazing birthday cake. We noticed something the other day that we thought was brilliant, they now do kids tea after school so you dont have to and no chips and chicken nuggets. Sorry if I am rambling, we just LOVE IT.

Visited on 20th October. Ok for keeping children entertained but whole place in chaos with numerous staff kept coming up to take our order before getting it wrong twice, delivering food at different times, soup was cold, my daughters sandwich was so stale the crusts were turned up. The carrot sticks and cucumber were really dry. Will just stick to coffee in future.
You can tell this lovely place has been designed by parents - clever touches like the decorate your own cupcake and the kiddies sandwiches that come with cutters. Perfect for keeping little ones occupied while you snatch a chance at a bit of grown-up conversation (and even, dare I say it, a bit of a gossip!) and nice cup of coffee.
