  A Berkhamsted man has pleaded guilty to conspiring to import firearms and live ammunition. Anthony Contos, 27, has been remanded in custody and will be sentenced next month after a psychiatric assessment. At Luton Crown Court on Monday, Contos pleaded guilty to four charges of conspiracy to import two self-loading pistols and 19 rounds of ammunition. He also pleaded guilty to possessing five phials of a class C steroid drug.
