Awesome gym experience! I recently joined Alex Minor's personal gym on Chapel Street in Berko. Not your normal gym experience where after the 1st month you have lost all motivation (and sometimes the will to live!) Alex and his team provide one-on-one dietary and exercise advice ensuring you stay engaged and actually achieve your goals. At the risk of this sounding like a blatant plug (it isn't meant to, I just like supporting local businesses that do things well) this is the only personal training service that I have ever found to be effective.
