î¡scoops is so badly laid out ! You can't get in the door when only two people are waiting to choose from empty ice cream trays ! I went with some friends on Monday he girl behind the counter was soooooo slow making a sundae I could have cried ! Twenty mins after I ate my ice cream my friendsî¿ sundaes arrived ! Room for improvement !
Tried it Monday as I had promised my 5 year old a delicious ice cream. Had to go with baby in pram. Impossible! Queue was out the door and when I eventually got in I couldn't turn it round. It was causing a huge problem. The people sitting were crowded by those queuing. Also, it had obviously had a great first few days as they only had 3 (dull) flavours left. Disappointing. It was hot in there and really I just couldn't wait to leave. My daughter was rather upset with the choice on offer and hard to explain to her. People were turning away due to queue or lack of choice or too packed. I hope to try again once the novelty has worn off and there is space to sit in. Staff were very friendly despite the pressure they seemed under. Good Luck Scoops
Scoops is so typical of Berkhamsted, posh and expensive. That's why you all love waitrose over Tesco.
TESCO ROCKS! I'm from outside Berko and always feel looked down on and as though people think i'm inferior just because i can't spell good.

ReportJamesbcroft you clearly don't like Berkhamsted so why do you bother coming here. I'm dyslexic so I can't spell either but that doesn't mean I spend my time moaning about a town!
