I am looking to start a business that would benefit the area and people of Berkhamsted and whilst I have some ideas, I was wondering what people feel is lacking in the area currently. I do know a rather well known chef is opening a restaurant in the town centre and as it is over two floors it should cater for most tastes. Mind you, I wonder if there are local organic or vegetarian food growers locally who can supply on a regular basis all the year round (remember poor Tom & Barbara?). Still when it opens, you could always ask.
