If you've e-mailed the council recently and not had a response, don't take it personally. Turns out Dacorum Borough Council's e-mail has been down for a whole week - and service only resumed this morning! So might be wise to put your complaints / queries / comments on hold until they've cleared their backlog. Now if only my work e-mail would stop working for a week in the middle of summer...
