Fitness League Class starts Tuesday 10th January 2012

After the festivities of the last few weeks, are you looking for some 'me' time, the chance to get fitter and feel healthier, whilst having fun and making friends? As well as having fun, you'll get a healthy amount of cardio, strength, stretch and flexibility excercises. The result? You'll feel energised and refreshed, and over time, you'll feel and see a difference & you'll tone up and move with more poise.

Here in Berkhamsted the classes have been running for over 30 years and are currently taught by Lisa Adams. We would love to have more members join our classes to keep them viable.
We find her classes enjoyable, invigorating and lively as well as fit making!

Classes are held at Swingate School on Tuesday evenings, starting this term on 10th January from 7-8.15pm.

Hi Pat, I thought there was no class this week Sep 21 but we would be back on for the 28th? Are you a week ahead or am I a week behind?! ;-)

Just in case you didn't notice there will be no class on 28th Sept as School will be using the hall. Classes recommence on Oct 5th.

Hi, I attended this class for the first time last night. What a friendly group and Lisa, the instructor, was excellent. Do give it a go if you havent already! Free taster session available for your first class if you're not sure.
