A Walk Round Berko

If you want a walk round Berko, you could do worse than go to the walkinginherts.co.uk web site and follow links to Berkhamsted. I'm hoping to add an audio walking commentary to my first series by the summer as they are designed for both the able bodied as well as the partially sighted and wheel chair/buggy users. At the moment you can print off and follow the illustrated route. Sorry to say, once again it's me!! You are allowed to make comments, by the way.

I'm always amused that the flags on the Berkhamsted logo both point AWAY from the castle. This could only happen if the wind came from the castle, so I assume they all had quite a high fibre diet in those days !
