To give you an outstanding meal, we need to have an outstanding chef. That is why we employ one of the highly regarded ‘new generation’ of Indian chefs. Anwar Hussain trained at one of the finest and most renowned hotel companies in Asia; 'The Taj group'.

Anwar has a natural flair for exotic, exciting and enticing cooking that is bursting with flavour and yet remains healthy. His menus, even though creative, still draw from knowledge of age-old traditional Indian recipes. This method allows for a good balance between modern and authentic cooking and is a technique that Anwar has mastered. Dining isn’t always just about the food and the Olive Limes manager M. Hasan understands this well. Hasan has an impressive background, having also trained with 'The Taj Group' in the UK. Coupled with his dedicated team, Hasan ensures that excellent customer service is always paramount.
