Taj Mahal is excellent !
I have eaten here many times for both domestic and business engagements and taken the occasional delivery ( when I am feeling very lazy - 5 mins walk ). The food is very well prepared and presented in a timely manner. The options available and the taste range are extensive. The staff are very friendly and provide superb advice for the Indian food novice. It's worth making the extra 2 minute walk from the town centre..

Taj Mahal is a large, spacious Indian restaurant in Berkhamsted that also operates a quick and reliable take away service. The curry house on London Road in Berkhamsted cooks and prepares delicious Indian cuisine where the best deals when dining in is the 3 course banquet evening midweek for £9.95 per person and the Sunday buffet for just £7.95.
