Maybe it's me!
I used to love in south London and Mackays was one of the only clothes shops I could get to without heading to Oxford Street or tackling one of those massive malls. I always found loads of great clothes - and it was fantastic for kids' clothes too. But I went on the hunt for something to wear to a Christmas party and found rails and rails of 'old ladies' clothes. After my darling husband had pointed out that I wasn't a spring chicken anyway, I wondered if it was just me not getting this season's trends or whether this shop really does aim at an older age group (not that there's anything wrong with that!).
