Take a fresh look at Hamlins Toymaster Berkhamsted

Whenever I mentioned Hamlins to friends the would say, yes it's nice but really expensive. Now Hamlins is under new management and when I popped in the other day (in preparation for a certain small boy's birthday) they had some great deals - okay I was mostly looking at boys' toys but there were some great priced Scalextric sets and Hornby Train sets as well as a Hot Wheels toy on special offer. There were lots of decent quality pocket money toys, as well as shelves of dolls and nice pink things (which I never get to look at, being an all-boy household!). I also noticed some leaflets dotted about town offering a soft toy if you spend over a certain amount. A great addition to the town's shops.
