  I was walking me dog this morning and still having to stroll along the 'road' as the 'pavement' was occupied by vehicles and black containers containing rubbish and a weeks worth of beer, spirit and wine containers and the little light bulb moment came again.   I see the Town Council has jumped in with both feet once again with the street lighting difficulty. The way the new switching works is: Note dusk time Note dawn time Divide by 2.
