My spies tell me that the new passing places have been installed in New Road making it much more safe - just like the top of Ravens Lane was/is with parking allowed just by a busy juction with the High Street. Why can't they just enforce the simple law that says the public highway should not be obstructed and parking only allowed in marked parking bays. Afterall, it isn't rocket science, or is it?

For some reason, County didn't put double yellow lines all the way up to the top. As predicted, cars are now 'parked' at the end of the double yellow lines half on the road and half on the footway. I wonder how long and how far they will go? Up to the farm entrance? All the way to the monument?
